Just what constitutes having a rogue mindset in the world of consumer insights and corporate innovation? Is it a license to think freely and differently? Is it having a lone genius mentality or is it a starting point to get innovations and actionable insights off the ground in a team environment?
FEI and All Things Innovation’s Rogue Mindset Report 2025 set out to explore this topic and to examine just how this curious and unique mindset can unlock innovation, insights and creativity for an individual, a team and an organization.
The lessons learned are not just for innovation alone but also for the insights and market research professional. In fact, our exploration of the rogue mindset found that it is a flexible framework that can fit any number of professions. Inspired by an impactful comment from Tammy Butterworth during the roundtables at the FEI 2024 conference, All Things Innovation, with the help and support of Butterworth, decided it was a mindset worth exploring both in this digital report as well as a companion piece to the rogue mindset roundtables that will be held during FEI 2025.
